Innovative Web Technology-Webinar

1. Ask, What's keeping our customers up at night? You want to make sure people are up to speed, so they aren't confused on using podcasting and hosting sites. 2. Create momentum, our goal is to have out viewers have a better understanding and feel more comfortable in podcasting. 3. Create your webinar registration form wisely, with surveymonkey we will be able to make a professional, organized form that our viewers will find easy to use. 4. Write the story, of course we want to make sure we know what we're going to say before we present, we'll run through it, have note cards or script; we can possibly create an outline. 5. Show; don't tell, we're going to show our viewers everything that's involved in podcasting, so they will know exactly step-by-step how to create a podcast. 6. Have compelling slides, we can use sliderocket to show our viewers exactly how to create a podcast and make it better visually; we won't crowd our slides and offer one idea per slide, use videos and images. 7. This is a really important, critical point!, we want to make sure our viewers know exactly what the webinar is about, which means our title will be informative and to the point. 8. Find a compelling speaker, we're all going to speak but if one of us knows more information than the others, then they can present that certain aspect or topic. 9. Moderators matter, we're not going to make the webinar so long that the viewers lose interest, more so towards getting straight to the point of the topic. 10. What about video?, we can include a step-by-step video on how to create a podcast. 11. Practice and rehearse, we're going to practice a lot and have an outline or notes to guide us along the presentation. 12. Encourage audience memebers to interact, we can ask certain questions or ask them if they have questions about podcasting. 13. Encourage speaker-attendee interaction, we could stop periodically to ask questions to make sure our viewers know the certain step in the video. 14. Optimize for sharing, we're going to upload all of our content online and share it and use keywords or tags. 15. Get feedback, we're going to make a survey so our viewers can give us feedback or offer their opinion. Tammy, Bobbie, and Emily
